The Supplementaries mod adds a "speaker block" which can broadcast a message to players within a specified range when given a redstone pulse. This block seems to bypass whatever check Chat Control uses to censor blacklisted words. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong on my server that's causing this, or if this is a new feature request, but it would be nice to be able to apply Chat Control filters to speaker blocks as well.
