Event can get stuck on WAIT_FOR_POS

Describe the bug
Running /dev quickly in succession seems to able to get Event stuck on WAIT_FOR_POS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a plot (unsure)
2. Run dev
3. Move a bit
4. Run dev again, if you aren't teleported it broke

Expected behavior
it doens't break

Please check all these for more infomation with the bug.

• I am using the latest version.
• I have tried disabling various options to see if they cause the issue, such as new ones or ones I have recently enabled.
