Custom Block Interaction is ignored when breaking blocks

Custom Block Interaction is ignored when breaking blocks. This means their sound is incorrect and they don't have particles.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable custom breaking
2. Break a block

Expected behavior
Particles and vanilla break sound.

Please check all these for more infomation with the bug.
