init command should not ask for initialisation #52
Description
Cynthia Mini already checks against overwriting, and the fact we want to initialise is a given, seeing the subcommand. Yet it asks us the 'usual' prompt of "Do you want to initialise?", which we would also get by starting in an empty directory.
