Sophisticated storage shulkers have items deleted

When you place sophisticated storage shulkers in the hopper filter it decides that all the items need to be deleted and causes the loss of any and all items inside the shulker

1. take a sophisticated storage shulker
2. put the shulker in the hopper filter
3. take the shulker out
4. open the shulker and find empty

first time making a bug report like this, sorry if I make it horribly
