Change protocol selection code in run-herg-qc #115
Description
Instead of using a regex to match protocols, and then see if they are in the list of protocols to look at, search for the protocols to look at (and fail if they don't exist)
- Check if Runtime error caused by empty dataframe when --protocols option is used #14 and QC protocols are run even when they are not selected with --protocols #15 are still reproducible
- Implement change
- Make sure it fixes Runtime error caused by empty dataframe when --protocols option is used #14
