[Docs]: Update Logo File Path Location within docs/conf.py #285

Documentation Update
Currently the logos for CodeEntropy are not showing within the documentation due to the file path wihtin docs/conf.py being incorect. Logo images should be placed within the docs/_static directory in order for Sphinx and Furo to generate from the correct location.
Why Is This Needed?
This is needed to enure the logos and branding throughout CodeEntropy remain consistent.
Suggested Changes
- Move current logo images from
docs/images->docs/_static - Change file path loacation accordingly within
docs/conf.py
