It's very minimal. Maybe too minimal!

Describe your preferred solution

It might be good to have a customisable start scene for experienced users.

And for inexperienced users, the default scene could be an interactive environment that provides starter guidance and showcases what's possible with basis.

Describe any considered alternatives

At least make the current default scene more vibrant than the default start scene - something to make booting up feel satisfying!
