Updating core packages to latest versions (Expo 54.x)

The core packages used in this project are getting slightly outdated.

Describe the solution you'd like
Starting from the Expo core downwards, we could work on upgrading the packges to more recently supported versions. Was this considered and dropped for a particular reason in the past? I noticed there was a fairly recent wave of cool changes on this repo!

Ideally moving to:

• Expo 54
• React Native 0.81 (and it's equivalent react-native-tvos)
• React Navigation 7
• react-tv-space-navigation 6
• react 19.1

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried simply updating the packages to their closest expectation of version matching, but ultimately couldn't get the yarn dev:web to render anymore.

I noticed a seperate issue relating to Expo 52 but that seems to have stayed dormant since last year.

Additional context
This react-native TV project with support for all major TV platforms is really good. Thank you so much for all the great work! Happy to help where I can, though I have limited knowledge of Expo.

I'm happy to help where I can with testing. However, as I mentioned above:

In the meantime, for those using the current template and trying to build with the latest target SDK (AndroidTV / FireTV) and deployment Target (tvOS) - here are a few things I've had to fix by hand after running yarn prebuild from within apps/expo-multi-tv to avoid compilation errors:

(1) apps/expo-multi-tv/ios/.xcode.env.local (listed in the current documentation)

• Use which node
• Put the output as the value of export NODE_BINARY=<which node output value here>

(2) apps/expo-multi-tv/node_modules/expo-modules-core/android/src/main/java/expo/modules/adapters/react/permissions/PermissionsService.kt

• on line 166
• modify to: return requestedPermissions!!.contains(permission)

(3) apps/expo-multi-tv/node_modules/react-native-screens/android/src/main/java/com/swmansion/rnscreens/ScreenStack.kt

• on line 318
• modify to: private fun obtainDrawingOp(): DrawingOp = if (drawingOpPool.isEmpty()) DrawingOp() else drawingOpPool.removeAt(drawingOpPool.size - 1)

(4) apps/expo-multi-tv/android/app/src/main/java/com/xxx/xxx/MainActivity.kt (this fix will not prevent the build from compiling, but fixes a bug explained in this issue)
